We have worked alongside the Managing Director of Iguana Developments for over ten years refurbishing house share properties for young professionals. The firm’s latest investment includes £42m in Hull City Centre, to refurbish office blocks into high-spec, high-tech apartments for rent and for sale.
SBR Refurbishment manages the fit out and maintenance of Homes of Multiple Occupancy (HMOs) for the house shares within the Iguana Developments Group. These properties are all five or more beds located in different areas of Hull from the Old Town, Kingswood and the Avenues area in the west of the City.
In a previous life, HU1 at Essex House was home to some of Hull City Council’s offices and Andrew Jackson Solicitors.
At the end of 2017, SBR Refurbishment completed the project to an exceptionally high standard, synoymous with the Iguana Developments brand and the lettings management firm, MyPad, based in Hull were delighted with the instant take-up of the apartments. Demonstrating a demand for these highly sought-after, apartments for young professionals. All of which include novel features such as residents’ gym, cinema and gaming room.
The works involved the completion of all internal fittings.
Creating a community, Liberty House is due for completion at the end of 2018 and includes twenty-five desirable apartments for sale, again including residents’ gym and cinema as well as parking, outdoor storage for motorbikes, bicycles and patio area with BBQ.
The works included the full fit out, excluding the windows.
